Return and Cancellations Policy

1. No Returns on Non-Defective Items

We do not accept returns on products that have been delivered in good condition, without any damage or manufacturing defect.

2. Wrong Product or Genuine Defect

If you receive an incorrect item (a different SKU than what was confirmed in your order) or the product has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect, we will gladly arrange an exchange for you.

3. No Refunds for Change of Mind

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to offer a refund simply because you wish to change the product, size, or specification.

4. Failed or Refused Deliveries

No refund will be issued in cases where:

An incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided by the customer
Multiple delivery attempts by our courier partner have failed
The package is refused by the recipient at the time of delivery

5. Orders by Traders/Resellers

RetortPouches.com is intended for direct/end-use buyers and not for bulk resale by traders or distributors. If it is found that goods were purchased by a trader or reseller, the order will be cancelled, and a cancellation charge of approximately 2% of the invoice value will be borne by the purchaser.

6. Return Shipping Costs

All return shipping costs must be borne by the customer, unless the item received is confirmed to be defective or incorrect on our part.

7. Reporting a Problem

Please inspect your order as soon as it is delivered. Any issue, discrepancy, or complaint regarding the order must be reported to us within 1 month from the date of the order.
